Heinz came to present the Health and Safety issues at a workplace. They wanted to make sure what an accident is in a workplace and they explained that an accident is unplanned and unwanted event. They have to make sure in Health and Safety department that they have to prevent and put barriers to avoid accidents happening at work.
They also mentioned that Health & Safety splits into three areas; triggers, behaviour and consequences.
